I was having an argument with my dad a few days ago in which he was justifying the junk he was eating by saying that he eats more when he's inactive, he was saying that after he goes biking or some other form of exercise he's not hungry afterwards. This didn't make any sense to me though, as doing exercise would burn calories and lower your insulin so it should make you hungrier, right? I'm always hungry after doing cardio. So, who's right? Could doing cardio actually supress your appetite?
