Thanx to Gordo i've been making these bars at home. Basically it consists of oats, whey, and a touch of F.F. milk. Estimated 30g P, 30g C, 3g F.
Would this be O.K. for a meal 1 hour after my PWO drink?

Sounds pretty much like a bar version of what I eat, which has been working out the best out of all the PWO combo/shakes/meals I've tried. Where can I find the recipe?

Page 3 in the nutrition/supplement forum under "good protein bar" posted by Brad. Be forewarned: these things are addictive!!! Actually Gordo posted it under Brads thread.

I personally like my post PWO meal to have roughly the same breakdown as my shake, but in solid form. Usually this works out to a 3:1 carbs to protein ratio for both meals.

I also prefer solid sources of protein like eggs, chicken, etc to benefit from the thermic effect.

But hey, you look awesome man, so keep doing whatever your doing. :tu:
