If you like noodles/pasta but don't like the whopping cals and carbs that come with them, try these!!!
I stirfried mine last night with salmon, spring onions, pepper, garlic, chilli and topped it with sesame oil and splenda for a sweet tang. Yum!

I get these at my local Asian food store. A whole package has 40 calories and 6 grams of carbs (and 4 g of fiber)! Make sure you rinse the noodles first as they have a slight fishy smell, but after that you can combine them with pretty much anything just like regular pasta. I like to mix mine with spaghetti sauce. http://www.shiratakinoodles.net has some general info and links to recipies/places to buy them.
