Anybody have any theories on when is the best time in the day to take a once-a-day multivitamin? I figure it probably doesn't matter but I was just wondering.

Greensheep Sun, January 25th, 2004, 02:44 AM Hi, I'm not sure when it's best in terms of the way your body uses it, but i take mine in the morning, purely for the psycological (is that spelt correctly? lol) benefit. I think it kinda gives a boost for the start of the day knowing that i've taken all my supps correctly. Greeno. Jonesy Sun, January 25th, 2004, 03:22 AM The brand I take (Opti-Men by Optimum Nutrition) take two/day. So I take one in the morning and one in the afternoon. Probably the easiest to remember too brownguy Mon, January 26th, 2004, 10:39 AM You're right -- it doesn't matter when you take it, as long as you take it. The same time every day is best. Here is a list of every supplement I use, and why I use it (below links open new browsers): Multi-Vitamins. A good multi is important, especially for athletes. I've used the Eclipse Complex 24 multi-vitamin and mineral (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/eclipse/complex24.html) with excellent results, and I just started taking the AST Multi-Pro 32X (http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/ast/multi-pro.html).
