The only thing in my diet that isn't clean is half & half in my morning coffee. Is there an alternative to half & half that doesn't taste like one?

I use light cream in my coffee, and don't sweat it. I use Heavy Cream in my protein shakes ALL the time if they aren't a MRP on their own. It's just straight fat for the most part...no carbs.

I just started cutting this week so I am trying to make every calorie to have as mush nutrional value as possible. The 120 calories (840 weekly) I am consuming per day on cream would be better served as food calories. Eliminating sugar in my coffee a few months back was hard enough. :drool: I can't do with out some type of cream substitute. I hate to drink coffee black/plain!
