Hey all, I've been trying to up my total caloric intake for the day in order to add a few pounds. I was wondering if anybody knew of any good high-calorie snacks/foods that are somewhat clean and hopefully high in protein/carbs.

I'm not much of a cook, so preferably something with as little preparation as possible.

Right now I've usually been eating tuna or eggs, but I'd like a little bit of variety.

Thanks guys.

can't get much quicker than peanutbutter on whole wheat. toss a few strawberries or slices of banana on it if you have the time.

:eat: yum

Cottage cheese.

One thing I took to doing for a little while was buying a "turkey ham chub" at the grocery store, slicing off cubes of it, putting a little mustard and the cubes on a plate, and eating it with a fork.
