i tried to blend some cottage cheese today..it really didn't go so smoothly..maybe the blender isn't strong enough..so i added a little milk..what setting do you use?

I don't usually have a problem on any of the settings I use. But I can only blend about 1/3 of the carton at a time. Maybe that would help.

A food processor is going to get the job done a lot better than a blender FWIW.

I "creamed" a 500 ml tub of cc in about 3 minutes (dry curd cottage cheese no less)

no added liquid required and boy is it good like that :eat:
