I have some Cod liver oil and Fish oil caps both of which are 1000mg, does anyone know the values of the cals/pro/fat etc in these?
I also have another question regarding Pasta it says on the packet for the values per 80g dry 185 when cooked. This might be a daft question but as it gives the values for the dry uncooked weight how do i know the values once cooked??

As far as the pills, they should state it on the bottle. If not, try CalorieKing.com.
The pasta values should be the same cooked or uncooked.

No there are no values on the fish or cod liver oil regarding the nutritional values.
With regards to the pasta are you saying that the only thing that changes is the weight of the pasta, i assume from water absorption, so the calories/fat/protein content don't change?

Yup. Just the weight changes. I would go with Calorie king as far as the pills are concerned.
