Well this isn't a recipe....but it's an icelandic food and one of my favorites, high in protein, low in carbs and low in fat ,it's called Skyr!
Tasty....well here are the specs

http://www.ms.is/img/articlepics/vorur/670.jpg

Per 100 grams
56kcal
Protein -10,3 g
Carbohydrates -3,3 g
fat -0,2 g

b2 - 0,18 mg
Phosphore(or something)-147,00 mg
Calcium-98,00 mg

This is the vanilla flavored one and with artificial sweateners but there are also

With sugar(with higer carbs):
Pears
Blueberries
strawberries
and a couple more

and two more artificial sweatener ones

It's kind of like a very thick yoghurt with a little milky taste
It's been made in iceland for a hundreds of years(not with the flavors) it's made basically from milk but it's a whole procedure.
And skyr is only made and sold in iceland.
When i found out i thought it was incredible! This amazing food kept within the boundires of our very small country. So i thought i'd introduce it to you. And it's also a good source of whey protein.

And well here's their website www.skyr.is it's in icelandic but maybe you can wiggle your way through

Sounds a lot like Kesam (Norway).
