Blue, I am from Canada as well and I know thye ship here, but it will cost a lot more. I just buy it at Costco and at Nutrition House, the latter of which carries some great flavors and the prices end up being the same as from ATW, or less.

For those in CANADA!

I bought the following

5lbs whey
4x 2lbs whey
1 can of creatine

I live just outside of Hamilton. Shipping was about 25 bucks. It took alittle less than 1 week> It shipped USPS. It came with no duty attached. Although this might vary. Canada post via USPS isnt always on top of it with duty. I get about 10% of USPS packages with duty the rest without. I have found that compared to cosco and walmart with the cheaper weak dollar it is signifigantly cheaper to buy from all the whey. Dont forget at walmart its like $39 for a 2lb container of designer whey. Also at cosco the creatine isnt Degussa creapure but a locally packaged alternative. I would use degussa first. I do buy glutamine at cosco though. Check the shipping prices and compare, if you buy a good size box its more than cheap...the local stuff isnt even close. Plus the taste is really good..only thing ive tried locally that tastes as good is NH which at Fortinos is $29 for a pound. Try the math, youll like it.
