I'm starting to notice it. My habits haven't changed dramatically. I'm not taking creatine. The only thing I can think of is the increase of whey protein in my diet. Prior to two weeks ago, I typically took in 30-40 g of protein but I've upped it to 200 g. Could this be causing it? I drink about 1.5 gallons/day which is a couple more liters than usual. What do you all think?
