When i started my journey to weight loss i was 258 pounds, and i really didn't think it was possible for me to loose this much weight. When i found these forums and started my transformation i realized something important. Its not just about loosing the weight, its much more then that. Its the learning experience, its the fact that after you accomplish what you're aiming for you are more educated about your body.

You take pics, you follow your progress, you build muscle and learn what you can and can't eat. After a while, the food that tasted so good before, the food that was the downfall of your body is no longer pleasing, it no longer makes you happy when you eat it.

Your learn that your body now wants lean foods, foods that have good nutritional value. And only when you eat that type of food, is your body going to feel great :claplow:

I just wanted to say to everyone out there.. dont give up.. and dont ever think that after you have lost it all, its ok to go back to your old habbits. I wish for everyone to have great success in their journeys, and hope everyone the best of luck in doing so safely.

Now i must do something now, that i have been meaning to do for a while...

Thanks JSF for being there when i needed ya :tucool:

Good post and good attitude! I think it's important to continue to have goals. Be they more size, performance for a sport, strength goals, or just reaching old age fit and healthy.
