1.buy a jump rope! do that for however long youd like! that works
great!

2.go up and down the stairs in your house FAST(if you have stairs)

3.swim in a pool(it will keep you cooled :tu: )

Can you do your cardio in the morning? Best time - both fat loss and heat wise.

As Brad said, a jump rope and/or using your stairs would work quite well. Combining the two into one workout would be pretty good also.

Normally i'd sympathize with you however the temperature in N.Y has been in the 90's since I can remember and i've been making the sacrifice. My advise to you - Cowboy UP !!!!!!!!

I'm from FLorida, so I'm no stranger to the heat. I actually like the feeling of sweating buckets :)

I would suggest jogging or jump rope. Go outside in the early morning or at night after the sun goes down and do some sprints :)

Walk in place in front of your TV.

Better yet, never sit or lay down while you watch TV.

Always use stairs when possible.

Park your car at mall or store as far away as you can.

Go dancing and never sit one out.

Walk for 30 min. 15 mins after evening meal.

Just get active.

Hey Buddy,
I hope you weren't looking for sympathy. You came to the wrong place.
Nah, i'm only kiddin'. Seriously, I know it's been hot. I walk also. I just make sure I get my first session in at 6AM and my second one in after the sun sets. It's not all that bad.Take a small bottle of water with you along with a damp face towel. It helps!
Abby, i'm with you. Tons of sweat - a nice shower, what could be better?

A big comfy couch, the TV on and a big plate of fried foods next to a half gallon of ice cream and fresh baked cookies. ;)

Alternatively, really really cheap exercise bikes are one of the staples of any good garage sale. It shouldn't be hard to pick one up.

Clearly, you have been out in the sun too long.

I second that. If you actually enjoy walking/running or biking, might as well suck it up and face the heat. Nobody said this was easy!
