Wow has my diet gone downhill over the past five days. I need some motivation which will hopefully get me back on track! Just some of the things I have eaten (I am thinking of doing some competative eating!)

Meals Leading up to breakdown
All clean but dinners got larger and larger and eventually up to 1+ lbs of chicken

Late Night Meal (Day1)
Large Bowl of Shrimp and Pasta
Low Fat Beef in Gravy 8 oz
Low Fat Ice Cream Bar
Then some fruit
And Finally a pint of Ice Cream

Lunch (Day 2)
3 Natty PB sandwiches
Fruit

Late Night (Day 2)
1 Natty PB Sandwich
2 Lowfat Ice Cream Bar
Fruit

Day 3 was clean

Late night (Day 4)
3 Natty PB Sandwiches
2 Lowfat Ice Cream Bars

Lunch (Day 5)
Shrimp in Olive Oil
Fruit
2 Lowfat Ice Cream bars
Non-Fat Yogurt, tons!
Lowfat Granola, Granola, Granola, tons

Dinner (Day 5)
2lbs of Chicken

How bad have I hurt myself? I am 19, 170 lbs and I am awaringly eating myself past feeling full. I guess Im just gonna have to stop buying Natty PB and these lowfat ice cream bars. But in retrospect the food I have been eating has been in large quantities and it actually isnt as bad as having two double cheeseburgers and fries.

Yo man, I QUIT!! for about 6 months..ask anyone here..I disappeared and I'm paying a big price for it now! Same thing happened..I took a cheat day, and the next day something came up..then i was 1/2 way back,b ut had to finish my leftovers etc. etc. etc. until 6 months later I was right back where I spent a year getting away from!!

Look, whatever food is tempting you or whatever you think you're doing wrong just STOP! Thats the best motivation I can give you. Its not worth it, put it back, and get back w/ the program bro! You owe it to yourself, because I'm sure you've worked hard. You know what you need to do, so just do it!

Don't worry about the damage that has been done, its been done and its in the past...just work IN the now FOR the future! YOU CAN DO IT MAN!! Don't give up hope just because you messed up for less than a week!
