I understand for transforming my body and cutting up fat loss = cals burned > consumed.

Now given that my diet is clean and cardio is 3-4 days a week of a mix of HIIT, low intensity 40-45 minits and treadmill/stair master/elliptical ; can someone give me an opinion on the following routine??

SUNDAY / TUESDAY/ THURSDAY - full body workouts using ONLY compound exercises of :

LEGS: hack squat or squat along with Ham curls and calf raises
CHEST: sets bench with bar or dumbell
SHOULDERS: military, pullovers or dumbell raises
BACK: assisted pullups, close or wide grip rows or sometimes pulldowns, sumo dead lift
BICEPS: EZ bar curls or hammer curls
TRICEPS: assist dips, skull crushers or kickbacks

I AIM for 3 circuits but usually end up doing 2 circuits.

SUNDAY ill go heavy on all lifts(working up to a 6 to 8 rep max)
TUESDAY light 12-15 reps
THURS heavy(again up to a 4 to 6 rep max)

etc..

Look kosher?

Same exact question.

Would a training routine like the one Sharaabi's posted be preferable during a cutting phase to a high-volume (5-6 days/wk) hypertrophy workout?

And Sharaabi, if you get sick of doing the same exercises, here's an article describing a routine with the same basic premise:

I have bolded what I consider to be compound (more than one joint invovled) exercises. You might refer to exrx.net for designation of compound or isolated. There is nothing wrong with isolation exercises, they are important. Compounds just work more muscles so you get more bang for time spent.
