View Full Version : Carb/Protein/Fat breakdown by meal?

Does anyone have any suggestions for how many carbs / protein / fat should be consumed during each meal? Currently I'm just trying to make sure I end up with approx 40/40/20 throughout the day but trying to make sure I get everything in has led me to taking in more carbs than I'd like towards bedtime. Planning a day ahead will help but I'd like some guidelines to base my plans on.
