maybe these pics of me will motivate some ppl..i dunno..it makes me realize how far ive come over these past 1 1/2 years..so now im happy that im gonna put on some muscle! then a cut in the winter/spring time! and ill be finished w/ my transformation! :)

i wanna be like the first "kid" john stone or w/e!

my final goal is to look like my good friend from here, txitalian, he lost the bulk of his weight from atkins like me, then he basically did everything im doing now and now he looks fantastic!

Wow, Brad! I honestly don't see much resemblance between the two sets of photos! You've made such a wonderful transformation :claplow: And now you are armed with knowledge to add some muscle mass - you're going to be awesome and the envy of most guys (and obsession of the ladies :D )!

Awesome transformation.

Could you tell us a bit more? ? ? How many calories have you been eating whilst adding muscle, just out of curiosity, and also, how many times a week have you lifted? ? ?

Impressive man, totally impressive. I'm glad you've figured out what to do at your age too, because when I was yer age (just a few years back) I didn't care at all and I paid a price for it in more ways than one (well...mostly just w/ the chicks...but there were so many of them so I count it as more than one!). Now when you get on stage and you're a rockstar the groupies will want you for more than your fame :)!

Amazing! Wow!

Just think of all the people who work for years and years to try to figure out what you've got nailed down at 15!

Great work, man. Great work.

 thank you all! i did this to show people what i used to be like and that im not new to this whole journey thing..im just new to all the GOOD info..but ive learned soo much! i have soo much knowledge and i owe it all to the ppl on JSF for responding to my pestering messages and to some of the less idiotic people on the bodybuilding.com forums!

but a side effect(beneficial one) to this is that it has given me lots of hope and perseverence to continue on..this bulking/maintaining diet to gain muscle i hafta do for 17 more weeks makes me get very anxious because i want results, results! but it took me a year to get down to where i am now so i can take another one to complete my overall john stone/txitalian look! lol  :gl:

Don't ever, let anyone call you a slacker or say you have no motivation.
Hope you're proud. You should be.
