This is my first post. I joined last night. I'm on a program that has a basic weightlifting structure and a simple diet plan that balances carbs and protein. I've been at it for about three weeks and I can see a difference. So can others. That's nice...but I still need encouragement. None of my friends are into fitness enough to talk to about it. Thankfully I happened upon this webpage last night. I'll get some pictures up soon. I'll have to find some courage first. I don't know where I put that. Gotta look around for it.

Post pictures on this forum (section) many have done it. This is a wonderful forum and it really keeps you motivated and you can learn a lot. I really had a eye opener to diet.

Welcome to the board. Keep plugging away toward your goal. It's hard to keep going and find the motivation on your down days when you don't have a support system. There is a lot of information on the board so read read read. I've been a member for a long time but just recently started posting to try to keep myself honest and to help stay on track. Good luck!
