This is for those of you looking for a new workout, perhaps. I like to keep my workouts interesting by adding and changing my routines. Below is this morning's workout in order of activity:

> Stretch and visualize for 10 minutes.
> 50 - Consecutive pushups. No rest, continue to next exercise.
> 35 - Consecutive situps. No rest, continue to next exercise.
> 40 - Consecutive hindu squats. No rest, continue to next exercise.
> 10 - Consecutive V-pushups. No rest, continue to next exercise.
> 10 - Fingertip pushups. No rest, continue to next exercise.
> Ride my bike 2-miles to local soccer field at moderate pace (13 mph). No rest, continue to next exercise.
> 23 - 60 yd sprints across the soccer field (sprint, then walking back at moderate pace). No rest, continue to next exercise.
> Ride my bike 2- miles back home at moderate pace (13 mph).

This workout took me 45 minutes to complete. What do you all think of this workout?
