Well I have been bulking for almost eight weeks now. Have gained some mass as well as a litte fat. I am now eating about 3500 cals a day. I am going to start cutting here soon. I am going to keep my weight training the same and do cardio on my off days. Also will be cutting cals. Do I cut cals gradually or just cut them out all at once? Any cutting advice you can give would be helpful. Thanks.
