Today is March 2nd and Varsity baseball tryouts start March 23rd. I want to keep a journal of my Diet, Lifting, Cardio, Weight, Baseball drills and preparations that have to do with training. I want to keep track of all my progress for this next 3 weeks and get some things in line before season. I have been lifting for 7 months and ive really hit the weights hard the off-season. For the last 1.5 months ive been cutting and ive lost about 8 pounds of fat and maintained all my lifts. I want to continue to slowely cut through the season until i get my summer six pack :) , thats another reason im cutting, oh yah and to get faster running. Im trying out for shortstop so these next for weeks im going to be throwing in some stationary drills that will improve my speed and coordination and my flexibility. Also i have been going through therapy lately because of a bad back, im doing streching exercises to help it improve, docors say it should be better soon. Well i hope i could get some good responses from some people to help me out thanx guys!!!!

Cardio- jogged 2.5 miles
baseball swings- 40-50 swings
threw myself some high pops
