That's one of the problems I have right now. Excess skin due to fast weight loss.. I've done some research on it and most people subscribe to the theory that "time heals all" and just let your body adjust itself over time. However, if it's a big problem you can have surgery to remove it.

For myself, being horrible scared of all things hospital like.. I'm waiting to see if my body can fix itself naturally before going the surgery route..

It actually does shrink back, believe it or not. I lost 60 pounds and at least 8 inches off my waistline since Nov 2001. My skin has tightened fairly well. I do still have some lose stuff around my navel and some stretch marks, but certainly nothing to fret over. I don't think I'm a candidate for Cover Modelhood anytime soon anyway (I believe you need a full head of hair for that!)

just squeeze lemons over your chicken, and your vegies too, lemon juice is ment to help your skin
it also does alot of other good things for you!

It usually takes between 6 and 12 months for skin to shrink. For some people it is faster, for other people it may take longer then that.
I myself lost over 120 lbs and although I don't have that much extra skin, it is still lose. I hope that by next summer I will finally see my 6 pack (or may be 8). So take your time, stay fit, eat clean, and don't worry -- it will shrink back.
