My amp just got back from an upgrade, and I barely have time for this post, cause I have some loud music listening to do - very loud
It's a The End Millennium XP handbuilt 2x200W amp by LC Audio (http://www.lcaudio.com) :

Oh my god that upgrade worth every single penny! I replaced both channels, and it only cost me 330USD! I've had this amp since -96 and this is the second time I upgrade.
"brand new" amp for 330USD is what I call a great investment! The coolest thing is that you can compare it with any Dynamic Presicion, Hegel, Krell and what not - in most cases, it knocks the socks off the competitors.
The fact that it cost almost half of what some of the others does doesn't exactly make it any worse. Which is probably why it has won several "High End amplifier of the year" awards the last 5 years in Norway.
...better hit the coach again :D

lol..yeah...certainlyt ain't the best in the world, but it's ok. I was thinking about a plasma tv, so I was looking in a couple of shops.
I soon discovered that if I were to get one, it had to be at least 50". And a 50-60" Plasma cost a shitload of money.
The fact that plasma is on the way out, and LCD is on the way in doesn't make things better. The plasma, in comparison with LCD has a very short lifespan, so if I'm getting a bigger tv, I'm gonna wait a yaer maybe, and get a nice, phat LCD instead.
Meanwhile, I'll have to use my aging Sharp projector;)

A friend of mine is working for a company which is gearing up to produce 42" LCD TVs this year. Your wait mightn't be too long.
