Well today is Wed., but I will go ahead and start now.

Stats:

5'
127.5 Pounds
22

It has been a while since I have had my body fat taken but in March when I weighed 120 pounds (obviously not now) I was at 13.5 - 13.9 percent bodyfat - not bad huh. Well my goal is to get back there and then some - maybe that lean maybe not - I am really looking to reduce in size more than anything - I have mostly muscle on my frame so I am a size 3/4 but I would like to be a 1/2 again. I am blood type O so I am following along those guidelines for my diet, restricted dairy, more intake of red meats, fish, and other proteins - no wheat what so ever - and of course no simple carbs except for on Sundays (my day off). The wheat part put me back under 128, so I like that. Well that is about it. I am a personal trainer and I am not in bad shape, but I am looking to get in better shape - smaller thighs and butt mostly - lmao. Wish me luck. :tucool:

Doing well - I got up for a 5 a.m. cardio session.

Weighed in at: 127.00

That is half a pound lost so far - I start back to college Aug. 24 and I am looking towards a goal of around 123 or so, not too ambitious, but enough to really see a difference, on a person as short as me half a pound is a difference - wish me luck. ;)

Friday - 7-22

Today was good, I was feeling really bad this morning so I didn't do my a.m. cardio and I had to cancel a client for a 6 a.m. appointment, but the rest of the day went great - I got a good hour walk on the campus trying to tie up loose ends and I will get a leg workout tonight and some cardio.

Monday 07-25-2005

Today is going great - I have had a few very early morning clients so I haven't fit my workout in yet, but that is okay - after my 10:00 I am going to work Bi, Tri, and Shoulders and hit some cardio - and probably some kickboxing tonight -
