I curled 60 pounds tonight!!!! I did 22-25 mph for 30 min on the bike and I felt great! My heart rate was up to 85-90% for 20 min. My goals for March are:
see 135 on the scale(3 pounds to lose in 4 weeks)
curl 6 reps of 60 pounds/begin 70 lbs
