I just found this site and it looks very motivating. I am 56yrs. old, I am 5'7' and weigh 148lbs. I have chronic back pain, but have learned to live with this for the past 25yrs. I go to "Curves" I try to go at least 3xwk. I also use my Eliptical (20-30min) 2-3xwk. I really haven't done any weights.....I do have some free weights that I could start off with. Will this help me?? (3lbs and5) I am not very strong. I would like to tone this old body of mine!
Is it possible that you could give me some sort of routine to start of with??? (this is all ok'd by my Dr)
