Has anyone on here ever used the Ab lounge and know if it works or not?I been using it like maybe 2 times a week because i keep forgetting and so far when im like 4 steps away from someone u can see the lines, shape forming, and kinda 6 squares.But I cant remember if its from that or I already had it.....

Ab lounge, uh, garbage. Do crunches/ leg raises.
