I made some really juicy chicken breasts the other day and just wanted to give someother the info. I don't know exactly the nutritional breakdown but I took about 6 chicken breasts and balsimic vingerette and olive oil mixed with Italian seasoning and about three cloves of garlic peeled and chopped or pressed and let the chicken sit in this bath for about 30-40 minutes, I am sure if longer better, Then I poured the everything into a pan and cooked it over the stove. I don't have exact mesurements I just eye ball most of this stuff, I am a college student who is trying to live a healthy lifestyle while being extremely busy and not having lots of time to cook this is a quick recipe. To cut done on time I use the frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts. Let me know your thoughts, I bet it would be great on pasta. :D

I do something like that too. I usually let 'em soak for a few hours and then grill them, but when I'm in a rush I soak 'em for like 20 minutes and bake them in the juice and it tastes about the same.
