I have pretty much reached my goal of loosing 15 lb maintaining the lean mass. I'm about 141 lb right now

Now I'm ready for the next challenge! I would like more definition of my abs (doesnt have to exactly be a six-pack, but close to it)
So thats about 16% body fat, maybe little less.
I think by then the last bit of the stubborn fat from my legs will be gone too.
Life is short, I'm going for it !!

I told that to the guy I'm training with, he's like "cool"!!! According to him I have still about 5 lb fat to loose for better definition (this last 5lb will be a b***h, I know)
I'm going away in September, so I'm aiming for that.

He is suggesting staying with what I'm doing because it's working and once I plateau..then I will change something.
He also said that once I gain little bit more muscle..my body will look closer to what I want (not a skinny rail, but fit body and rounder muscles with good definition).....so I'm supposed to up my protein a little.

I'm not planning on maintaining that look, but I wanna see if I can get there. I would like to maintain bf under 20% (more like 18%, but 15-16% would be hard I think)

Wish me luck!!!!

I dont think maintaining 16%bf is gonna be hard at all for you. After you're working out and eating the right stuff for awhile you learn what works for you and everything becomes that much easier.

Also, I think you're gonna need to get a bit lower than 16% to get that defined look you want. Usually to get to abs is around 10% or lower, and to get the hard flat stomach (no abs) is like 13% and under.

Most of my fat right now, the problem area is my legs. Stomach looks pretty flat...so we will see

I think its pretty hard for women to maintain less then 15-16% bf...about 18% is I think more possible for me to maintain.

I was going by Guava experience here:

I think you are thinking of what it takes for a guy to get his abs to show. The treshold for women is much higher. 15-16% should do it.
