ok so i am 5'0, 19 years old. i weigh 120.this is not a lot and i know that i am not fat, but being only 5 feet tall i could stand to lose a little. i used to be one of those people who would just eat whatever and whenever, and barely ever exercise, though i would go on little spurts where i would run for a while(i used to be on cross country and track so thats what i do when i exercise). im ok with my body for the most part, i just wish i could tone my stomach more. and i know, i know, you cant spot reduce, but this summer i have been eating soo much healthier, and doing weights every other day and cardio at least 4 or 5 times a week, and i really feel like i should be getting more results by now!its really getting discouraging because i feel like i would look exactly the same if i was eating pizza and hamburgers every day and not working out. bahh!any pointers?

What really worked for me was cutting calories by 500 and logging everything I eat to FitDay.com.
Of course the calories have to come from good food.
I eat 30% prot/50% carb/20% fat or on some days 40/40/20
I split my food into 6 meals and I try to make my each meal balanced (some protein, fat and carbs in each)

It sucks that I have to that strict but it works.

Of course I work out :bb:
3 times/week weights 1 hr. (heavy)
3x cardio/week 35 min each

I also would add some proteins to your diet. Maybe supplement sometimes with Whey Protein when you are on the go.

Hard to know portion sizes from that. Try counting everything you eat and get a claorie estimate

I always feel hungry when I don't eat enough protein. Try to eat something with protein in every meal and you won't feel so hungry all the time.
