I know it is not good to do too much cardio, but I was wondering if I did cardio and weights everyday for one week, is that too much. I just need to kick it to get the last few pounds off. Diet is right on, but wanted that last bit before my anniversary date with my husband, Want to look as good as I can. I know not to do this for the long haul. Thanks :)

Generally speaking, no, cardio every day should be okay. I think a lot depends on the type, when you perform it, your diet, and other factors. Cardio every day is too much for me, but I have done it daily in spurts in order to get my bodyfat very low. It was only for a short period of time though.
I personally would not recommend HIIT every day myself.

It should be fine just so long as you keep your calories high (so you have the energy for all the extra work), and you're not doing a full body workout everyday. Personally, i would do you weight training 3x that week and cardio everyday, twice on your non-workout days.
before my anniversary date with my husband
I will emphasize again that you should keep your calories fairly high...you don't want to be exhausted come your anniversary night ;) .
