I just started cutting and losing fat. I'm doing weight training 3 days a week. On lifting days i jog for about 35 minutes in the morning for cardio. On non lifting days I jog for about 45 minutes in the morning for cardio. Anyways, can anyone give me some good exercises for each weight training session. I'm doing monday as chest and neck, wednesday as legs, calves, and thighs, and friday as biceps and back. I have a bench, bar, and 300 pounds of weights at home. I have dumbells where u can remove or add weight, but it doesnt go up to about 25 or 30 pounds. So I'm just looking for some good exercises for each day. I know the main ones, bench, squats, curls, etc. I just need some more. Thanks!
