what is your strise rate per minute while running,
also i am curious to see how many people over stride while running, i have a stride rate of 170 per minute

The faster you go the higher the rate would be, so how can you "over stride" ???

people overstride all the time, it were you run but your stride is longer than it should be to keep proper form. :tu:

Stride rate and stride length are too different things. You can only over-stride if your stride length is too long; you can't over-stride by increasing your stride rate. That's how one runs faster or slower. You can determine your stride length by measure your height and inseam. Your stride rate is just how fast you want to run.

ergh im not having a very good day, in my first post, i wanted to know what every ones general stride rate is, then i should of sed also i was as wondering how many people overstride when they run, because you can tell if you overstride just like if you pver prouncesatewith your foot, but i dint put it like that, sorry for the inconvinense im really stressed and im trying to take a week off, but its not working, and im probably gonna have a nervous break down and i cant think propely.

My girlfriend's brother said he has to buy his kid's shoes at Stride Rite, something about the width of her feet and how their shoes fit better and are more comfortable.
