okay we all know that we should eat a small/good portioned meal every 3 hrs... generally.... getting in about 6 meals a day.
what if you grazed or munched on the same food through out the day... same cals at end of day?
is this fine/okay? or is it not good? why?
i hope this makes sense... if not let me know i can clarify better.

I see no problem with that approach as long as you stay within your calorie budget. The problem most people have with grazing is it's harder to track calories that way, so many people go over. By having 4-6 partitioned meals, it's easier to set aside certain calorie amounts for each meal. But I'd say it might even be better if you grazed all day (but stayed within your calories) because you'll be giving your body a steady supply of energy and nutrients. But while grazing still be sure to follow proper post-cardio and post-lifting nutrition. To make sure you don't over-graze, set aside all your food for the day ahead of time and only eat that. If you go to the fridge, you know you've gone over the limits.
