Does anyone use a wristwatch to remind yourself to eat 5-6x a day? Something that beeps every 3-4 hours or so that you can program, etc? If so, what type of watch is it? I have a hard time remembering to eat so I usually end up eating 2 or 3 meals a day. I think something that could remind me to eat more regularly would really help.

get a cheap palm pda. You could easily program an eating schedule in there with the built-in calendar and alarm functions. The scehduler will be more adaptable and high functioning then a wrist watch. As an added bonus it does so much more and wouldn't cost much more than a better than cheap digital watch (like <$100).

I've tried carrying a PDA for years. It doesn't work for me, especially not 24 hours a day. Still, might be an excellent solution for other people. A lot of my friends have the Treo 650 (cell phone+PDA) so this is an excellent idea for them.

Most newer mobile phones have some kind of calender and alarm clock built in. Why not try to use that function on your phone?

My nokia will let me do this. I think old motorola did this too.

Ya, somedays I just stop my watch after breakfast, and when the watch says 3,6,9 or 12 - I eat.
