1 cup of kashi go lean crunch.
2TBS of natty pb
2TBS of sugar free jam.
mix it together in a bowl and go at at! rocks my socks.
wash it down with a coke zero.

I don't know what it's called, but I make something very similar- kashi Good Friends Hi Fiber mixed with cottage cheese and sugar free jam. Sometimes I put walnuts in there. Maybe a goulash? Or just a concoction, as my mom calls my strange food mixtures. She thinks I'm crazy sometimes, I think. She saw me putting walnuts in shredded chicken and cottage cheese. :p
My best "concoction" so far was: chopped strawberries, apples, walnuts, seedless green grapes, chopped banana, raisins, cottage cheese, and some sugar-free/fat-free whipped cream all mixed together. It was very similar to Waldorf salad.

sounds mythical.
whatever that stuff is your making ... sounds good... might give it a shot some day.
im having to make these new concoctions to keep out of being bored with the same ol stuff so trying yours out will work.. thnx.
i put dried oatmeal in my protein shake ( i know a number of folks around here do that already) reminded me of a soy shake.
