Well, I found this at the supermarket yesterday. tastes pretty realistic, and for 5 cals in 16g of it (well, probably 4 cals, it is 1 carb) it seems find. In terms of ingredients they replaced the sugar with sucralose (splenda). I had never bothered to look at the back of a regular ketchup, but here is the ingredients for this heinz stuff. it seems...well, not necessarily healthy, but not harmful either:
Tomato Concentrate made from red ripe tomatoes, distilled vinegar, salt, onion powder, spice, sucralose, natural flavoring.
just very salty (190g for 1 serving). Heck, ill take it and throw back an extra glass of water.
