Unfortunately, you can't reduce fat in one spot. But if you keep your diet low in cals and exercise plenty, you might get it down just a bit. Here's last resort, though. The have these things called body shapers (not the ones they show on tv). They look like one piece bathing suits, and they hold everything in, and I swear by these things. They smooth everything out and make you look between 5-10 lbs thinner. You can get em at walmart or sears, are made of white black or nude bra-type fabric and are adjustable.

From what I understand you can either build (bulk) and for that you need caloric surplus or cut (loose fat) and for that you need to cut your calories.

Its hard to do both....not saying impossible, but hard....just my opinion, but I'm not an expert....

So thats what I'm doing. I'm cutting through the summer and I will try to build little bit in the winter and then (because usually during that you will put some fat on) I will cut in Feb-March for the summer.

I'm not trying to look big but I like some muscles and a fit body with some muscles showing.

How much cardio are you doing?
What weights? (I mean lots of light reps or less and heavy?)

I'm on a 3 day split and my trainer changes the excercises a lot, but I try to go as heavy as I can usually (I work out till failure on the last rep)
Usually 4 sets, 10-15 reps per excercise.
