I have been reading a lot of good info here. The education is priceless, but the personal stories are even better. I have gone back far enough on some of the threads and really seen the transformation. As well the discussions about personal weakness is a great reminder that we are not alone, and in fact struggle with the same issues. That being said....
I am 27(will be on 7/20) and freshly divorced. I got real fat during the marriage due to poor eating habits, smoking, and a lower activity level. I am 5"9' and I got up to 230lbs. When she left, I stopped eating for a couple of weeks (I know it's not healthy, but I am eating again) and I got down to 185. Right now I am at 190 and I feel great! I am eating salads, fruit, white meat, and drinking lots of water. I don't have a 6 pack or anything, but I am on my way! I decided to use this negative and turn it into a positive. So I am eating better, and getting to be more active. I will be posting questions, and I am sure they will be some you have heard in the past so please bear with me.
