ok i need some input on supplements.. currently i am take 100% whey protein by gnc and cell tech creatine. ive been on creatine about 2 and half weeks and i think im noticing some changes. im trying to eat alot of protein throughout the day but having trouble with it... have around 2 shakes a day. well i have questions cause the only fat i have on my body is in the gut area but im slim so its not noticeable unless i grab it and show it... would it be a bad idea to take a fat burner?? also has anyone used HMB? im curious about that.. or if anyone thinks i should change my supplementation input would be appreicated also when is the best time to take my protein ive always done it after a work out but i take my creatine now after my work out and i already feel blotted enough from that... also any tips as far as bulking would help greatly.. ive been working out now this tiem aroudn for about 2 months and im seeing changes but im not sure if my supplementation is right
