View Full Version : hmmm bulking isnt as simple as i thought.

hey guys, today i started the program whoareume suggested, and i will tell you what, i just want to go to sleep, it was leg day and being fueld up i hit the weights with avengence, felt tottaly great hve done 45 min cardio as well, and the benifit to this program is i dont have to cut down on my running :tu: , whoareume, you da man, for suggesting this program.
but right now im feeling bloated and ive been having a hard time adding calories, i had some nuts, the contain loads, and my fat intake is low for today so i can get away with it but what am i gonna do on friday when im due to overeat again, tomro is a low calorie intake with HIT am cardio.
this program allows me to gain muscle mass and maintain.loose a few pounds as simutainiusly.

What is that? a supplement program?

its quite interesting, its about manipulating your body and boosting your metabolism to keep cut, but still eating enough to gain good mass.

yeah i will, its only the end of day 1, i felt bloated and sore, but after my evening cardio( hmm wonder what i did lol ) i feel tonned,sore and ververy tierd lol :p .
