Increasing the size of your wrist is very difficult. Even if you gain weight, the increase would be very small and even unnoticable. Look at some overweight people, they still have slim wrists (compared to the size of their body). But good question though, "Why would you want to increase the size of your wrist?" I think increasing the size of your forearms is a better idea... :tucool:

you can over lap your thumb with your middle toe?????
if that's the case, i wouldnt worry about your WRISTS being weird looking..

my wrist is 6 inches around, which is VERY small.
when your forearms bulk, you'll be happy with your wrists.

Hey! My wrist is also 6 inches round! By the way, does that makes our frame small, medium or large?

I agree, I hope your not doing this in public, unless this is some new form of yoga or something.

I know the wrist area has alot of bones so be carefull what ever you do.

I too have really small wrists. I think of it as a blessing cause every little gain in muscle in the forearm will be enhanced.

Ya man

small wrists = good.

In Arnolds book he mentions that even when he was huge, he could still wrap his fingers around his wrist.

I double checked, but he didn't say anything about his big toe.

Haha, my wrists are 6 inches each too! Well, I'm a woman and rather small, so that probably gives you a small build since you're 17 years old. You're still growing dude, plus with all that working out, you're bound to have a larger build gradually! ;)
