Would you consider 2 slices of regular sized Pizza a cheat?

I know there's nothing good on it but I remember seeing a post where people have the entire pies for cheats.

Anyway I'm curious, I don't think it'll hurt me if I continue eating clean for the remainder of the week - atleast I hope not :(

i lift as heavy as i can all week, i run as fast and as far as i can all week, so when sunday(my cheat day.cheat meal) comes im gonna eat whatever the hell i want, but what your saying is tht u had it in the middle of the week , nono try and refrain from doing tht it will lower you motivation, train as hard as you can all week, and when sunday come, eat what you want becuase you deserve it, also it helps keep your motivation up because it doesnt seem like you endlessly eating clean,

int he big picture a cheat once a week isnt going to mess up your result that much.. tacke care

Absolutely. But I never "cheat" so this answer is highly subjective.

Well, it really depends on the pizza. I eat pizza now while I'm cutting, although not alot at all. but I make my own..that way i know exactly how many calories and other shit is in it. I try and put massive amounts of veggies on it and good low fat cheese. Although I like to eat it earlier in the day so i burn the carbs. So yeah..my pizza is ALOT healthier than say..Papa Jizzitys :tu:

According to Pizzahut.com, one slice of their 14 inch large thin and crispy veggie lovers had 170 cals, 8 g protein. I guess that you could work in 2 pieces for a meal during the week. 2 pieces are 30% of your daily saturated fat though, so just watch the rest of your intake. I personally don't want to temp myself with a cheat day, or even a cheat meal. To me it'll turn into a binge session, and it isn't hard to pile on 2-3 lbs in a day. (7000 plus cals per meal. It's easier that you'd think. :o )

thanks for the replies guys, it doesn't appear to have hurt me but I've been in weight scale plateau for a week+ though I noticed differences physically, but I think this morning I dropped a little and felt good.

I'm starting to get tempted easier, before I would just be fine with any of my meals overlooking the pizzas etc. The slices were half a normal size so I was like one small one couldn't hurt.. 3 additional small ones later I am here posting this!

Ahh well
