Hey there all of you in johnstonefitness land! I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself on the forum. My boyfriend found this website when he was trying to come up with a mountain bike training program. I am currently training for a sprint distance triathalon in August. This is the first time I've EVER trained or thought about competing in an event of this kind or magnatude.
:rolleyes: Needless to say, I'm a little nervous and, despite the my changing physique and props from my friends and trainer, I've crashed during a couple of workouts which has put me in quite a foul mood. I need to do something about my diet and have been visiting different websites and triathalon resources to find diet guides. This is going to be my biggest challenge: changing my eating.
If anyone has any advice I'd love to hear it about diet or triathalons or otherwise. Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing your responses!
