Hey there all of you in johnstonefitness land! I just wanted to say hi and introduce myself on the forum. My boyfriend found this website when he was trying to come up with a mountain bike training program. I am currently training for a sprint distance triathalon in August. This is the first time I've EVER trained or thought about competing in an event of this kind or magnatude.
:rolleyes: Needless to say, I'm a little nervous and, despite the my changing physique and props from my friends and trainer, I've crashed during a couple of workouts which has put me in quite a foul mood. I need to do something about my diet and have been visiting different websites and triathalon resources to find diet guides. This is going to be my biggest challenge: changing my eating.
If anyone has any advice I'd love to hear it about diet or triathalons or otherwise. Thanks so much and I look forward to hearing your responses!

Welcome to the site! You have a loaded question to which there's no easy answer. All I can tell you is to make the search bar your friend. There is soooooo much info on this site from some very knowledgeable people. Once you start to narrow down your focus, you will probably find that someone else has had a similar issue to which the forum responded. :gl:
