Hey my name is Michael im 5'11 about 135 lbs. 15 years old. I am currently trying to bulk up (hopefully showing some results in time for school.) I will be 16 in a month, if it helps, I eat about 140 grams of protein daily and go to the gym almost everyday(working a different muscle group everyday.) My main question is about creatine, what's the basic price range? Can i use it at my age? How does it work? Just some basic information, I tried reading articles but found no luck on the information I need. So now im turning to the Knowledgeable people at john stone for help

Hey Mike,
I recently raised a similar question about creatine use for my son.All the research I did indicated it was perfectly safe for teenagers when done in moderation. However,I decided not to add this to his supplements at this time.He like yourself is 15 and has been training hard for about 6 months. He's been making steady progress in size and strength.
My advise to you is to invest in a good multi vitamin, some whey protein, and keep your diet as clean as you can.Believe me, at your age your hormones are raging. The results will come.Train hard!!!!!!!
Good luck.
