Here are my pictures: http://www.body-for-life-tracker.com/showphotos.cfm?id=4234The picture on the picture on the top is from January 20, 2002. A day before I started my transformation program. At that time I was 300 lbs, and my pants were size 46.
The picture on the bottom was taken on December 2, 2003. I was 198 lbs and pants size 38.
Today, I am 188 lbs and my pants are size 36. I will have better pictures reflecting all changes in a few weeks.

I'm pretty sure you have to have them online on a website, so you can supply the link. I'm not sure if you can directly embed a message.

Here are my pictures: what I was in 1994, what I became in January 2002, and what I was in December 2003. I am even slimmer now, then on the last picture.
Apparently, I am truly sorry, but I could not find a way of posting pictures here. I tried inserting tag, but it only allows to link it to an existing picture already on the web. My pictures are on my desktop. Any help with putting up pictures up there would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Its kind of hard to tell in your picts, but you can really see how your face has thinned out. You've obviously made tremendous gains to go down 10 pants sizes! Keep up the great work and keep us updated!

I am at the stage where I don't want to spend much money on cloth because I am losing a dress size every month. I settled to what I had at that time. Yes, yuo are wright, I have to buy new jeans, but a little later. Yesterday I took a picture of myself like John does. I will update pictures in about a month or so. But I am determined to be 155 lbs by June 1 this year. I have to have those 6 pack available and will do anything (legal) do reach ny goal, and will keep you guys posted.
Thank you for your support. If I could be of assistance to anybody here, I will help to the best of my abilities.

It was really stupid of me not to take a picture of myself like John did (to have a bafore and after picture), but I was afraid that I will quit at one point in the future, so I did not. I think I have another before picture that was taken of me standing. I think it could be more helpful to see ther difference.
But yesterday I took a picture like John does all the time, so I will have progress pictures in about a month. But come back often as I will change the pictures once in a while.
And, of course, thank you for the support. I will keep everyone here updated as to my progress.
This site is the best. I think I would have quit if I did not find this site. Anyway, now I know that there is nothing impossible. I actualy got myself fit to pass physical exam for police officer. Amazing, I thought I could never do this.

Thank you John. You know, I don't really know if I could do it without discovering your site. I found out about in summer 2003. At that point I was about 250 lbs. Since then there was not a day that I missed to pay a visit to your site. There were days that I did not want to work out. But, after visiting your site, I got all the motivation I needed. I don't know how to THANK YOU. So the only thing I'de say so far -- THANK YOU VERY, VERY, VERY MUCH!!!!
I will update picutres by next Sunday.

My grandmother has not seen me for more then a year. Since she last saw me I lost 90 lbs. She started crying, she thought she will never see me fit again (although she never told me that before). My relatives from California were shocked with my progress. Of course, my co-workers do not notice it that much (hey, they see me 5 days a week). But when I show before and now pictures, they are impressed. What they really ask is what kind of diet I use. And I tell them that I don't use any Atkins, or South Beach or Weight Watchers plans; just eating the right way and exercising. Takes longer to lose, but the effect on health is much greater.
Now I have to persuade my wife to lose 30 lbs till summer. I already have a treadmill in the house adn she is doing really good. But her eating habits suck: she loves sweets. Well, who doesn't?

You're very welcome! I'm glad that my site has been of some help, but you are the one doing all the work and doing whatever it takes to stay dedicated. Way to go -- keep up the hard work!

Ok. It has been a while since I last posted anything on Forums: work got reallt on the way of everything. but I finally got to it and I finally posted an updated pictures of myself here (http://www.body-for-life-tracker.com/showphotos.cfm?id=4234)
The first picture is of January 2002 (exactly 300 lbs), the second picture was taken on March 21, 2004 (@ 175 Lbs). As of 4/11/04 I stand at 172 lbs. Slowly but surely I am moving down. I plan to be 155 lbs by July (originally the goal was to be 155 lbs by June 1, 2004, but it is damn hard to lose the last 15 lbs). So I had to recalculate my goals.
Also I did not have corrage to post pictures without a shirt (I have too much extra skin hanging of my bally and a lot of stretch marks). As soon as I am finished with cutting phase I will post updated pictures. I plan to start my bulking in September that will last until February 05, and the cut until June 05. After that it will be just maintenance. That is in the long run.

My grandmother did not see me for a year and a half. So when she finally saw me she started crying. She thoght she'de never see me skinny again. Well, I am not that skimmy yet, but I am getting there.
Thanks for the complement.
