Any good? 1FastGTX Fri, June 24th, 2005, 06:09 PM Bars are decent. gibby320 Tue, June 28th, 2005, 09:51 AM Personally I dont like a lot of the BFL products, as I don't like EAS as I find them a bit overpriced for what they are. The bars themselves aren't too bad for a quick and easy replacement. personally i say make your own bars, on the weekend and use them during the week. So much more of a clean eat! 1FastGTX Tue, June 28th, 2005, 05:19 PM I liked EAS a lot more back when Bill Phillips was there. Not so much anymore. Their new Myoplex tastes horrible. I used to use a number of their products with good success (Phospagen HP, Myoplex, some others), but now I don't use anything of theirs. I'll pick up a BFL bar at 7-11 if I'm short on time and need a quick, small bite to eat. That's pretty much it. curvature Tue, June 28th, 2005, 05:21 PM BFL chocolate mint bars are my favorite. The EAS peanut butter crips bars also taste really good. I try to stay away from them in general unless I'm having a sweets craving, though, because they have so much sugar. dledeaux Tue, June 28th, 2005, 10:49 PM I use the BFL bars. I try to pick up the boxes at Sams Club since they're not too expensive there. <$1 per bar this way. I use them a lot when I'm traveling, flying whatever. Just throw a couple of them in my laptop bag and go. Other than that I might eat a couple each week, as I prefer real food. |
