Just found out I can't lift weights for a while because of a large ovarian cyst. It makes me very nauseous when I do and they want me to take it easy so it doesn't rupture. It will be 2 weeks before I go back to the gyno so in that time I was going to stick with cardio. Cardio doesn't bother me and actually helps with the pain. So my question is, how much cardio can I do or do I do in order to maintain or continue with my weight loss? Thanks!!
