I have a Physical Fitness Test on Thursday the 23rd of June. My arms and legs are still a little bit sore from working out and working in the yard.(Cutting trees and hauling brush), I know that Vitamin C helps with the soreness but I was wondering if there are any ways to get rid of it faster.

If you guys know any ways to get myself prepped as well as I can I would appreciate it. I can pass it with some effort but any little extra boost would help.

25-35gr of glutamine before going to bed. Pop another 5-10 gr of powder in your mouth should you wake up in the middle of the night.

Also, take an epson salt bath. Lots of fish oil too.
