Hey guys. I need some help with a problem. I am 6'4 and I weigh about 183-4, I have a pretty low BF%, and I am currently about a week into my bulking problem. I have been getting about 2800-2900 calories per day with about 37/43/20 P/C/F ratio. The only problem I ham having is that I always try to get some veggies into my diet, and with eating all of this food my stomach is really big and I think it is a little unsightly. I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions about how to fit in all of my calories ( I am even thinking of upping it to 3000-3100) and try to make my stomach shrink as well.

I'd up it to there or even more. Do it slowly if you wish to minimize fat gain. I can't imagine you'd be able to put on muscle at 2800-2900. But eating veggies should not make you bloated except for a short time after a high volume meal.

Not bloated per se, just too full. I recently got done losing about 60 pounds, so I guess I am just a little hesitant to go crazy on the calories, and it seems the only way i can increase my calories without feeling stuffed all the time would be to increase my fat intake to about 30% with peanut butter and flax seed, but do you think that much fat would foster some fat gain. Also, I have heard you speak of your habits of doing mini cuts/ mini bulks. Do you have a lot of success with this. It is what I am contemplating, maybe bulking until the first week of august by putting on around 5 pounds and then cutting for about two weeks without any cardio really to keep my strength right before fall semester starts.

I basically want to know where I could find carbs that are very calorie dense, low GI and low sugar. Right now I am trying to switch to partially cooked oatmeal and brown rice and whole wheat pasta.
